Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kloovy ("Kloovy," "we," "us"), a product of Practechlab, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, company, and any details you submit when you create an account, request a demo, or contact us.
- Domain and site data: when you use the AI Visibility Grader or connect a website, we process the domain and publicly available content of that site to perform audits and prepare recommendations.
- Connected accounts: if you authorize Kloovy to make changes to your site (for example via a CMS connection), we access only what is needed to prepare and, upon your approval, execute approved changes.
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service, including log data, device and browser information, and cookies.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including audits, recommendations, and approved executions.
- To verify the outcomes of changes (for example, re-checking whether a fix won a citation).
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
- To maintain security and prevent abuse.
3. The agent and your approval
Kloovy's agent prepares changes but does not publish anything to your site without your explicit approval. We process the data necessary to generate those proposed changes and, once approved, to execute and verify them. You may revoke access at any time.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and analytics) under confidentiality obligations; AI/LLM providers used to generate audits and fixes, processing only what is required; and authorities where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data (see Section 7).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. International transfers
Kloovy is operated by Practechlab and may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date.
